California Community Schools Framework

Beyond the four programmatic features, the State Board of Education approved the California Community Schools Framework at their January 2022 meeting. The Framework drives both the design for and implementation strategies of the CCSPP.

CA School Dashboard Exploration Tool

This tool displays the California School Dashboard data using simplified visualizations. The purpose of this tool is to be used for data exploration, presentations, and printing purposes. We also included supplemental data related to the California School Dashboard data sources to explore the data at a glance.

Community Schools Resources Network

This tool offers a resource directory to connect Community Schools with Community Based Organizations (CBOs). The purpose of this tool is to provide school principals, other administrators, and Community Schools Coordinators in the schools with a list of CBOs that provide services within the school district boundaries area.

Safe Spaces Toolkit

As part of California's Children and Youth Behavioral Health Initiative, the Office of the California Surgeon General (CA-OSG) is offering a free, online professional learning module designed to help early care and education personnel to respond to trauma and stress in children. 
The content included in this toolkit can be used to help CA-OSG promote the training.
